Please have your designated office representative notify the Management Office at 630-574-7745 when building repairs, maintenance or housekeeping are necessary. A member of our Building staff will assist you with routine maintenance such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) problems, lighting and light bulbs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical issues or housekeeping. If special services, which are not covered under routine maintenance, are requested, these services will be provided at your expense.

To ensure a timely and accurate response, a Client Service Work Order will be issued to the Engineers, via Building Engines. To place a service request, you may call the Management Office, or initiate a work order using Building Engines located on the website at http://www.buildingengines.com/login. Please visit the website, follow the instructions under Tenant Services and include all pertinent information. To help eliminate unauthorized charges, only the client contact will receive a username and password which can be obtained by contacting the Management Office.
